Swiss TravelClub Gold
in order to be (to renew the card)a Swiss TravelClub Gold on the new frequent flyer program after 03/2003, when i need to accumulate 50K miles. From jan-dec 2002 or from march 2002-feb 2003. How goes the rule?

You have to accumulate 50K if you live out of Switzerland from Jan to Dec 2002.
After 2002, you should also get the 50k from Jan to Dec 2003 to "renew" the membership.
Your TC Gold card is valid too until Mar 2003 or 2004.
