TAP - delayed baggage
I flow by TAP to Madrid via Lisbon. Unfortunatly they missed my bag.
Due to their "file mistakes, next flight delivery,..." I get my bag after four days, when I left Madrid.
Anybody knows what compensation should I get, do TAP have a policy of compens. ?
- They gave me 103 EUR (Swiss compensate 200 USD for C klass) - I spoent much more
- I had some documents in the bag (wasn't able to make an appointmet in MAD) - can I ask for a travel voucher or something like that ?
