Ständerat postpones decission about approaches into ZRH

The Ständerat postponed a decission about approaches into ZRH. Therefore the following German regulation will become valid:
Approaches to ZRH over Germany won't be allowed
from 20:00 - 09:00 (today: 22:00 - 06:00) for weekends and public holidays in Southern Germany.
The blockage for night flights will become valid from 27-Oct-02.
The most important question for the Ständerat is how to reject the regulation in future. Swiss will have big disadvantages and delays are very likely during the "night rest".
