First Class

I´m thinking about using some of my miles I got from the 240k promotion for a flight Switzerland-USA in F. Recently, I saw a documentation about Lufthansa, in which they showed a FA serving caviar to F passengers. Does anyone know if they do that in Swissair´s First Class ?
And more generally: which one would you prefer, Swissair´s or American Airlines´First Class product ?
Thanks for any inputs.

Without hesitation, I'd fly Swissair/Swiss First over AA First.

As to caviar, at least during the Atlantic Excellence era, yes as to caviar (and a second serving if you wanted), yes as to a real espresso machine in F (in fact a primary and a backup), yes as to FAs that seemed to read Western minds. SR F, usually ZRH/LAX on an MD-11, was excellent, IMO equal to SQ and CX in that era. Today... I don't know.

1. Prefer SR
2. SR discontinued serving caviar at least a year ago. Especially out of ZRH food service is excellent.
