Expiring miles question
Hi all
I have 16198 miles, most of which were earned in early 1999.
The membership guide says that miles expire after 3 years but when I went to check my online balance I saw a message saying that my miles do not expire provided I keep my current membership status.
Which is correct? Will my miles expire in early 2002? What do I have to do to keep my membership status and thus keep my miles?

the miles 'disappear' automatically after 3 years, unless you have 'Travel-Club' Qualiflyer-status (for swiss this means making 60'000 STATUS-miles/year, for non-swiss less ... may be 50'000?)

...confirmation on Rudi's guess: for non-swiss members TC qualification level is 50K miles.

i was once 'TC'. does that mean that miles which were not going to expire now have a shelf-life ?
