Lost Luggage
A friend of mine travelled FRA - ZRH - IST on Swissair. The booked flight 17.55 was cancelled, the flight at 18.50 was boarded but had technical problems, so she was rebooked to an LH flight FRA - IST but arrived without her luggage.
The luggage was delivered 4 days later......
Can anyone give me some advise on Swissairs policy on lost luggage?
