Qualiflyer Miles ---> AAdvantage ?
I just completed an intra-Europe flight on Sabena and must say that I was very pleased with the service. For one, we were served very delicious sandwiches and a cereal bar during the short 80 minutes flight. In comparison, American served nothing during a lunch hour flight between BOS and ORD. The FAs were also very warm and amiable, unlike a few on American (especially flying between DFW and NRT).
Is there any way to transfer Qualiflyer miles to AAdvantage? I know that miles on Qualiflyer flights get onto AAdvantage, but they are not elite-qualifying.
Thanks for any input.

If you are going to do much flying where you can take advantage of qualiflyer flights, you should compair the AA and the QF program. I think the QF program is much more generous.
SA flights from US to Europe are very cost competitive, and service is quite good.
The fares do not come up when using Expedia or Travelocity most of the time as SA is not a member, or some such.
