QR: No upgrades with miles from C to F

QR: No upgrades with miles from C to F
Very disappointing: Was informed that upgrades from paid C to F are not possible on QR. Truely a big MINUS to their FF program

I agree that it's a minus, but what routes were you looking for?
FRA - DOH is currently on 2-class A333, DOH - BKK and DOH - HKG as well.
Did you consider to fly via LHR to check out the new A340-600?

expertflyer.com tells me that FRA-DOH has a daily flight with F and yes, I was also thinking about going to LHR and taking a flight from there. But not if I have to pay F instead of upgrading with miles....In this case I stick with my beloved TXL departures

I am on QR 24 on 2nd Oct and have a J-class booking. I wanted to get an F seat, but my agent couldn't book one. Is this a two class aircraft?
If not, can one upgrade for cash at the counter?
Which lounge does QR use at FRA?

QR seems to be feeding incorrect info to Sabre
