Decoding QR fare basis codes
Is there a resource I could refer to to decode a fare basis code on Qatar Airways?
I have been trying to figure out what the following code means exactly: RJHQUXRE
So far from searching online, the only things I can find are R stands for the business class ticket, and RE likely means a return fare. Leaves JHQUX to be decoded.
I tried to recreate the flight on expertflyer and also tried searching for RJHQUXRE on expertflyer, however I can not get the same fare basis code to show up there for the same flights. So I don't know where to find the detailed fare rules for RJHQUXRE.

What exactly are you trying to "decode"? If you want the fare rules, you'll have to ask QR or the agent that issued your ticket. You can't parse the rules from the letters themselves. The only letter that matters to most people is the first one, which tells you the underlying RBD and fare brand.
EF doesn't have access to every fare basis under the sun. A lot of fares are private/negotiated/NET/restricted to specific channels.
