Fast Track immigration on arrival is now in the main immigration halls, rather than having a separate entrance. There will be a roped off access to it on one side of the main ramps up, guarded by someone who will want to see your business or first boarding pass from the arriving flight.

I regularly arrive in BKK and it's super easy, just go to the right hand side of the arrivals / foreign passports. And it will have a roped off area for business class passengers. They only check your J boarding pass at the actual immigration usually although there are some people and border officers roaming around that area.
I think sometimes the ladies waiting before the ramp to the immigration hall are a bit confused but there's this diplomatic line on the right you can take to get there too.
