Can you still change the seat online after web-check-in?
Is it still possible to go back online and change a seat even after you have completed online check-in? E.g. if a better seat becomes available?

Not sure if you can do it online, but wouldn't hurt if you run past the checkin counters or asking at the gate when you get there. If if is in DOH or an outstation with proper QR staff (not only dressed up caterers) it could possible be dealt with there as well.

Yeah, it's a bit complicated though. IIRC, you can undo your check in and select another seat.

Currently, the front row of business class on an ex-DOH flight is showing as blocked. If I check in online now and then the front row becomes available, is it possible to change seats on the app or does this need to be done on the website?

front row will very most likely only be available at the airport.
