Aircraft Change to (impossible?) Qatar Layout

I am flying on 20 Mar HKG DOH and apparently I will be flyer the Qathay 77W. Now I know why I can’t find the seat map of my flight from QR website.
I have previously selected 11DG and 12DG for my family. An infant ticket linked under me.
Unfortunately or fortunately, my wife and one of my son’s seat were moved to 3A and 4A. I understand the single digit seats refer to CX first class but seems that there are only two rows in first class. Am I correct? It’s weird.

I will be flying QR817 HKG-DOH on 20 Mar but just notice an aircraft change! No more Qathay! My reserved seats disappeared!
We are travelling a group of four incl two kids. Can any flyertalkers help me check if all the Qsuites are just blocked or occupied? Check-in not open yet. Many thanks.

My aircraft also got swapped and now am in F-class on an ex-Cathay plane from DOH-MLE. Any experiences to report on the 'F' service/quality vs. business? Arriving into DOH in QSuites, in U fare and leaving in Z fare so I assume First class lounge access should also be no problem?
