Double qmiles/qpoints promo confusion
I‘m pretty confused with the current qmiles/qpoints promo. From my understanding that should give me as platinum 240 qpoints for a round trip ZRH-BKK, instead of the regular 120. Shouldn‘t it?
I flew now the first two segments and my account only shows 60 qpoints.
The Latest Activity shows for each segment a Flight Activity position with a description mentioning the double promo, however only lists 30 qpoints each.
Is that just one of the usual QR glitches or am I missunderstanding something?

I experienced, that using the QR App you do not get displayed the correct amount of the Promo. But using the web version does show the right amount of Qpoints and Qmiles. At least in my case it was like that.....

Print out your miles statement - you'll have the full breakdown there. The 'latest activity' section doesn't show everything.

Your Qmiles and Qpoints (including bonus) are credited after each flight sector. As makrom rightly says the base miles/points and bonus mile/points will appear as separate items on your statement.
We will look into how this displays on the app.

Thanks for all the answers. Indeed the indications in the app are just wrong. It all looks fine when using the desktop version.
