I booked an ex eu ticket to Asia on 2 nd August 2018. I made the plunge as there was a deal offering double miles and 50%. Bonus q points. This was to enable me to retain QR gold / one world emerald. Having checked my offers in my profile and qr s website for general offers I cannot find that offer. I know I registered for it but stupidly I never screen shotted the offer or wrote to PC to confirm the offer was registered . Getting a bit nervous now I do not get the bonuses - I fly in next few days first sectors. I am not overly bothered about the miles but the points I need. I know the offer was for about a three week window to book and end date was around 2nd or 3rd of August. By chance does anyone have the details or a screen grab of it at all - I would be most grateful as at least I would have that should things go pear shaped as I go into battle with QR😅

Come to think of it may have been one of their VISA card promotions with a code as I paid with a Visa card any further info welcome please

Try changing regions, usually there is a region where it will show up.

hi toastedcafe no problems I will assume you booked the same deal. I am hopeing to have a feel of the situation in the next few days when I travel as previously bonuses have credited automatically almost straight away - fingers crossed !!

By way of an update my fears have subsided each of my out bound sectors have credited ( both miles and points ) by the time I stepped off the plane with the added bonuses as per promotion . For reference it’s shown as Europe premium cabin offer on the QR app. Now to try and burn my expiring miles on another upgrade - see my other posts - but looks my status level will be retained for another year which was the goal.

Just doing return sectors and points and miles have all credited with relevant bonuses.

To close this off all 4 sectors points , miles and bonuses for each of these have credited to my PC account so have hearted me gold agin for another year so job done , just need to decide on whether to start crediting to BAEC.
