Upgrade single sector?
Hi all-

I am in the process of booking JFK-DOH-BKK in Biz on the 777 and 380 with cash. My question is will I be able to upgrade the DOH-BKK sector to First with Qmiles if award seats become available? Thank you.

batmandds you may upgrade as many or as few sectors you wish on any QR reservation subject to availability.

Upgrade one leg
I did ask this question in Emirates section and got a no to upgrading one leg from LHR to SYD from Eco to Business
Has anybody tried this on Qatar with cash only, as I don't have status with Qatar.

Most likely you can upgrade at the airport upon check in but this is on a per sector basis

Just note that lounge access and baggage allowance is per original booking class, so that means your economy class entitlement. Which in your case of BA Bronze (OWR), means no lounge and 30kg baggage at LHR and DOH
