I just booked ARN-SIN in R for 14,483 SEK ($1737.63) for dates in November.
Only hitch: my passport expires in October, so it wouldn't let me book unless I said it expired next year. I hope it isn't hard to update the passport info when I get a new one.

The best Qatar deals to Thailand around at the moment seem to involve flying from Budapest/Warsaw and returning to Oslo/Stockholm. In October, for certain dates/times, this is available for around £1150
It's also possible to fly out of Warsaw and back to London for around £1500

FYI, it is UP TO 10%, not a flat 10%. I tried quotes for Classic and Comfort fares. The discount is 5.4% of the fare before taxes and fees. This worked out to approximately 3.5% of the total fare including taxes and fees. It is better than no discount but not 10%

BOM - DOH - LAX -$1810 on Business(P) class - For last week of December. Booked 2 tickets for me and mom. I saw this fare only on Orbitz.com and it got ticketed.
I have AMEX PLATINUM / PRIORITY PASS so I would get in one of the lounges so QR lounge access was not a must. I can do seat selection during online checkin

It's over a year since the previous post in this thread, and one might assume that there simply aren't any bargains to be had with Qatar since the pandemic.
However there are still good prices to be had ex EU providing you're flexible about where you depart from and return to, they just take a bit more work to find than they used to.
Rule 1 seems to be to never return to your starting point;
Rule 2 says it's normally advantageous flying back from somewhere other than where you flew into
Rule 3 says you need to know the cities in Europe that offer the best outbound pricing, and the slightly different group of cities that are best inbound.
At the moment the best outbound deals seem to be from Sofia (albeit on a single aisle aircraft), Warsaw, Oslo, Brussels and Amsterdam. The best inbound deals seem to be into Brussels, Amsterdam and Oslo,
An example itinerary demonstrates this

I've also found similar to you too .. though it's hard to book them as per my post in the Newbie thread ... often what shows on Google flights won't actually click through to Qatar and be bookable .. and even if it does you can't select the 'type' of Business Class fare you want so you'll likely end up on a 'Lite' ticket which you may or may not want ( and often Classic or other fares are very little extra, but there's no way to book that online )

I've booked two of these lately, and virtually all price options Google Flights has thrown up turned out to be bookable.
Some of the options I looked at before finally booking allowed me to select the type of Business fare I wanted, but the last one, that I've just booked didn't, and of course I ended up in P; but the stopovers are short, and I have status, so that's no big deal. On a longer stopover, I would think twice about booking into P.
I'll be checking out the Gold/Platinum lounges later this month to see how they shape up for a long transit.
I had a theory about why booking class options weren't showing for some flight combinations, but were for others, and went to try it out, but now every time I put in details for a multi-city routing now, I get the following message
And Google flights is now apologising that the 'price shown on the previous page has changed' for most of the mutli-sector flights I've been looking at.
I wonder what's going on!
