Hold Times?????

Hold Times?????

I am calling the SIN office and have been on hold 30 mins now....how bad are the hold times and what should I expect????

I was on hold for 40 the other day and still didn't get through, that was the UK office though

To add - I just called and got a 'line engaged' tone five or six times. Didn't even ring!

A wild guess, but I would wager they are busy this week with queries resulting from the global promotional fares? Do you need to call this week?

Try other QR offices around the world. I'm based in the U.K. but use Skype to phone the US cust serv line. Was on hold for less that 4 mins tonight.

I tried various European offices yesterday and waited 20+ min for each one. Rang one of the UAE offices instead early this morning European time and got through within 2 minutes. Try calling a foreign office (the Gulf ones are 24h) during a non-peak time.

2 minute wait to the Priority call center in Doha, pretty good stuff compared to when I call to the Spanish call center (around 12min avg)
