Problems with viewing seating layout on checkmytrip.com

I have a booking with allocated seats through Qantas, and is displayed on checkmytrip.com.

I was able to see the seat layout/availablity, (clicking on seats in booking) but now it just loads up a new window that is blank!

Has anyone else had similar problems? Am I missing a browser plug-in?

This function died about 2 months ago and nobody seems to have noticed. Very irritating.

It was also, actually, irritating that you could only see the seat map if you already had a pre-allocated seat. I always found myself more interested, generally, in the seat map if I didn't yet have a seat and was trying to pick one.

I have also noticed this when looking up a trip booked on BA.
I hope they get it fixed soon.

If you want to look up a seat that when you haven't booked yet use ITN

I've sent an email to Amadeus a couple of weeks ago about this and despite them proclaiming that they would respond in 2 days I have yet to hear from them.

Great. And with new content, too.

Including the strangest London underground map I've ever seen - http://ice.e-travel.com/img/SubwayMa...london-map.gif .
