More Amadeus problems

Just checked my trip on the Qantas website, after receiving the email with the e-ticket details.

E-ticket shows I am ticketted on:
QF2 K 04DEC SYD MEL 0930 1055

BUT - if I go into the Qantas FF website, there is no indication that this flight is ticketted, nor is it showing as ticketted on CheckMyTrip as being ticketted.

Now, what am I to do> Just show up at T1 on 04DEC and demand to be allowed aboard the flight? Print out the email with the e-ticket details on it in case I have to present it on check in?

Inquiring minds need to know!

Is it not showing up at all on the QF FF website? If so, then you might phone res and get them to check whether the FF number is in properly. That might be important for seating, if nothing else.

But if you've got a confirmation e-mail that says you've been ticketed, I would have thought that would be good enough. And (unless you're really time critical) you do have the luxury of flying on a route which has, shall we say, a reasonable frequency of service - just in case something has gone wrong and it takes them a little time to sort it out.

Same EXACT problem at my QF website page. Called reservations and they said that all my reservations were intact. They said that they have gone through a computer change and many things are "out of wack", but they assured me all of my reservations are intact.

I have also had this problem booking a OW RTW fare through QF. All of the legs of my journey show up in my FF account and on CheckMyTrip, except one trip on CX from AMS to HKG. Have checked with travel agent and CX and both have confirmed the booking and CX have confirmed they have my FF number. Still wont show though.

It shows up on my FF profile as booked, but not ticketted. Likewise with CheckMyTrip, it shows up there under that PNR with my FF number contained in the booking, but without ticket details.

Rang them up, and they agree the booking is not ticketted - BUT, when he enters the e-ticket number, it shows up with my name on that flight.

They are investigating it.

So I thought I'd have a look at my QF page, too.

A couple of days ago, it was showing an LHR-HKG-LHR trip all on BA, but into which the QF FF number has been properly inserted. Today, it's disappeared.

Obviously, this makes sense. I only wonder why it ever appeared in the QF system to start off with.

So i was just talking with my travel agent and i mentioned to her the problem about part of my trip not showing up in my FF profile. She assured me that my problem was one of only many she had heard of. In one case, she booked a MEL-SYD rtn trip and he paid for it in full only to have the booking drop out of the QF system a week later. No sign of it anywhere.
