I generally employ a pair of SQ first class PJ's (Givenchy (sp.) ) from earlier this century; they are warmer and have a double pocket. I retainin any QF PJ's for subsequent casual use/gifting etc.

BA F PJs seem to be fit for those (and only fit those) who have indulged in F meals for far too long. Or perhaps I got L when I should have insisted on M size.

My impression of the BA Large size is it would also fit someone about 7 foot tall.....

QF17 and 18 (SYD-EZE-SYD) aren't in the original list of PJ flights (perhaps they started later?), but I wonder if you get PJs. Technically, they're day flights, but they're also 14 hr long (or more if the volcanic dust forces a stop in Fiji or Tahiti). Does anyone have any experience?

Do many people actually wear these?

In all my travels on flights in which they're distributed (NH, SQ, QR?), I rarely actually see folks travel in them. Are QF flyers freq users of them inflight?

If I plan to go to sleep on the flight then yes I do put them on.
Of course it does not make me go to sleep and walking around the cabin to the snack bars in them me feel slightly

Yes, you will always see people wearing them. I have also seen (and used) the QF PJs on other airlines.

I change into PJ's as soon as I board!. Whats the use of being in a flat bed in clothes? They make the flight significantly more comfortable to sleep / lounge in. I walk around / go to bars etc in PJ's too...I'm in an aluminum tube(for up to 14 hrs) not at a gala dinner

I prefer to change as soon as the seat belt light goes off. Same with removing shoes. Just in case of the RTO and ensuing confusion.

On my last QR and BA flights, I would say 20-30% of passengers in the cabin changed into them. Me included!
