The recent changes to the wireless access in the QF Clubs in Australia require you to log on to your Qantas account before it works. Not sure if this does or will apply in overseas QCs.
As a side note, I pay (indirectly of course) for this stuff and you want it for free...

Anyhow, FT is a sharing kind of place. Most recent lounge I used which requires a key was SK's in CPH and I'd give that to anyone who asked me.

I was at the HNL QP/AC in June and the only service available was T-Mobile. This is a paid service. (I was able to use free it as I had a 24hour registration card I sourced at LAX - obtainable from AA's Flagship Lounges).
Note there is scuttlebut that A/C WiFi will be complimentary from later this year.
