Refund of Difference in Price?

Refund of Difference in Price?
I'm new to the Qantas board and may have missed the answer to this (seemingly) simple question. Does QF allow you to rebook the same flights on the same days if by doing so you would save money? I booked our flights SYD- CNS in March 2008 this past May. The same flights are now available for more than A$100 less than what I originally paid. Can I cancel and rebook to get a refund of the difference?

Answered my own question-
Spoke with Qantas and found that as a non-refundable ticket no refund available, which seems imminently logical- so apparently you take your chances when you buy that the ticket might be cheaper in the future. If so, you lose. But... if the ticket price increases in the future, you win!
I was basing my question on UA's policy of issuing refunds for the difference if the price of a purchased ticket decreases.

Again, it's much more easily understandable than USA airfare rules- but I'm used to trying to figure out enigmas wrapped in conundrums covered in legalese.

Of course on a flex fare you can do this and get a refund.. This happened to me quite by accident a couple of months ago - I needed to change a flight on a K class fare - as it happens QF had lowered the fuel surcharge at the time so the changed flight was $5 less... I automatically got the $5 refund by the system. LOL.

There is also this clause which comes up when booking a QF flight:
So you take the risk that the cheaper fare (or even any fare) will be available the next day.
