OT: AX now less wanted than DC
Interesting that ZL will now surcharge AX payments at a higher rate than DC cards:
NEW SURCHARGE RATES!
Effective 1 Dec 06, the rates for all bookings paid with American
Express and Diners Club credit cards will be as follows:
American Express - 3.25% (Excl GST)
Diners Club - 2.5% (Excl GST)
Rex will continue to absorb the fees imposed by Visa, MasterCard and Bankcard for the time being.

All depends of course on ZL's negotiation abilities with AX. I would bet that QF gets a much better rate with AX than it does with DC especially considering that QF has had various co-branded cards for AX for years (remember the QF Business AX card?).
