Status Credits on BA WTP Fare

I have a booked a BA WTP fare with the following routing: SYD-JNB-LHR-SYD. While I understand I will be on QF from SYD-JNB, the other sectors are booked in W on BA. The QF sector is booked in B, and this will only earn me discount economy status credits. Is there any recourse to claim full economy status credits considering the fare basis, or am i dreaming?

If you are in B class then you will earn discount economy status credits. There is no recourse to claim full economy status credits.

You're dreaming....

...Unless you can make QF believe that SYD-JNB is a domestic route. Then they will happily give you full WHY SCs. But then again, they might put a Crash8 on the run .

The QF FF T&C make it clear that only Y on internationals gives full Y. Now if you were on UA, B would give an automatic UG on LOTFAP domestics and 1.5 EQM.

Miles and More also gets 150% EQM and RDM on B (domestic or international), actually 175% if you have status and on qualifying airline

If crediting to AA, the B would earn 1.5 qpoints per mile and the SYD-JNB flight would be enough to complete a candy steal
