Code Share Flights
I've been looking at booking my flight to oz in business class.
I've got a couple of questions about code share flights.
I assume flying on BA metal with a QF flight number has all the same points/status credit earning potential as flying on QF metal.
Whats it like for pre-allocating seating too? Are there potential problems, or can I just phone up as normal and grab the seat I want and it'll all be hunky-dory no problems, or will I get treated as a second class citizen?
Thanks.
Adrian

Don't book the codeshare; the mileage earning/SC earning is identical however you cannot use facilities such as Online Check In or get boarding passes from the Self Service Check In . If you are on the BA flight #, you can use OLCI at 24 hrs before departure and be able to snag any decent seats which have been held back; you can also use BAs Manage My Booking to pre-assign seats
