Darwin checkin

I'm due to fly DRW/ASP next month on QF1945, then QF729 AYQ/SYD a few days later. On the "manage your booking" part of the QF site it says I need to check in 45 mins in advance at AYQ, but 90 mins at Darwin - anyone have an idea if this is correct? If so, any reason why - beacuse it's Qantaslink perhaps?

There may be some glitch there; Check this Link to: Check-in Times.

The only reference to 90mins is Economy International check-in at Australian international airports. Perhaps because Darwin has it's international and domestic facilities in the one building, that is what it is defaulting to.
