Computer bug between QF & JQ
Went to check in with Mrs CorporateFlyer and 2v junior CorporateFlyers Mel/Mcy on JQ (X class FF redemption). On handing over licence the dreaded "we dont have you listed here - do you have a copy of your itinerary". Handed over itinerary and told to move across from the check-in. JQ agent said "happens all the time, booking not transferred across from QF to JQ" - after about 20mins and several calls to QF by JQ (trying different numbers to get an answer), the booking was transferred accross and checkin concluded. I asked JQ what if the flight was full? JQ said "bad luck" (maybe QF J to Bne?)
