Hi all
Newbie to the board... I’ve been flying business on QF for a few years now and find the reading here really interesting... incidentally I’m an evangelist QF customer! So I’m happy to join the QF mafia...!!
Can anyone tell me any significant benefits from dealing directly with QF corporate for travel instead of a private agent? (i.e. FCm flight centre)????

Oh, and dealing with your QF corporate person you would get more personalized service, better rates, and keep QF happy..

From the inference in your comment, you work for a large corporate with a QF deal. I would presume that your corporate discount may be better than what FC give (I am a FC devotee)...
I tended to use the QF Premuim Desk for my bookings and simply ticketed my bookings with my FC TA until recently...when my TA had a baby and left FC. I found another cheaper option subsequently and haven't used them for 2 to 3 months.
You will probably get more QF-centric information from your QF contact than your FC TA...
