Problems with BA flight credit - advise, contacts?
I was wondering if anyone can give me the name and/or number of someone senior at Qantas who can help with a problem that I am having.
(Bascially QF claim I have received credit in another scheme for a BA F LAX-LHR flight. I've asked which scheme BA say it was credit to, but all has gone silent).
