Award Flight Offer
Qantas are currently offering 30% off Award flights between Melbourne and Cairns.
When I enter the award code, MCPMYD30, it shows no availabitly after performing the search function.
I then went back, entered the same request, excluding the award code, and presto, availability on the requested dates.
Does this mean that there is a separate bucket for Award Booking promotions?

Do you need to book this on-line in order to get the 30% off deal? How about calling the reservations centre and asking for the date you know is available, then just as they go to book it, mention that you want the 30% off deal as per the email offer.
