Contact centre wait times growing?
Yesterday was on hold for 35 minutes as a Platinum One when dialing 131211 (and validating my number+pin).
Today 10 minutes and counting.
Is it better for anyone else?
Is this Coronavirus / Double Status Credit volumes or something else?

Can't do anything with their website ATM. I suppose humans are swamped with last minute DSC bookings since the Work Experience IT guy has gone to bed. All the money goes to the CEO but the computer is stuffed. Pathetic.
