Searching for Award availability for SGN-HKG doesn't work.

Searching for Award availability for SGN-HKG doesn't work.
Hi,
I tried searching for award availability for SGN-HKG, and it keeps giving me the following error.
However, when I try the reverse route, I have no problem finding the award.
I tried other destinations like Tokyo, Kuala Lumpur, or Incheon, and they all give the same error.
Is there some sort of a bug that prevents me from searching with SGN as starting airport?
If there is, is there a workaround?

Not sure. They do have an office in Saigon for booking.
Either way, I thought since it's an award search it might not matter.
I even tried going into the Qanta's Vietnamese website, and searched for SGN-HKG, HAN-HKG for both revenue and miles,
none of them yield result.

And ad for the QF website not giving you the desired answer, there’s always the phone option.
