Flight in: Fri 23 Feb QF563 dep BNE 1805 arr SYD 2040
Flight out: Sun 25 Feb QF552 dep SYD 2000 arr BNE 2030

Accommodation is pretty expensive - either this is Sydney or there's another function in town at the same time (besides us, of course). I rolled in some residual credit to get a bit of discount off a night at the Wyndham Sydney (but I still need something for the Friday when I arrive).

I am eagerly waiting for the Qantas program now!

Okay, I've updated the attendee list in post #1 and travel details in post #2

Depending on the numbers allowed, it will be a neccessity to give QF (colour) copies of valid ID's (DL, Passports or ASIC's for those lucky enough to have one). Over the weekend (ie. hopefully after advice from QF on any number restrictions), I will be going through the ones that I am holding in my server and will post only those who need to send me current ID's.
