Dinner from 7pm, Saturday 24th February, in Semi-Private area of Sailmaker Restaurant HR SYD.
3 course dinner, with choice from 2 for each course.
2 hour beverage package.

Now that I'm back in the groove, I'll be finalising details. Menu will be detailed in the next week hopefully, subject to my work demands
I had a meeting with the new Food & Beverage Manager back in Sept & mid November to start setting this up.
Vegetarian will be an easy last minute thing, on the night.
Not so easy for smooth service at the last minute is folk with serious medical needs - Coeliac, anaphylactic reactions, etc - these people have been getting in touch with me already to arrange in advance..
Even with the menu, I won't know the actual recipe, so encourage anyone with specific medical needs to contact me
Examples have been anaphylaxis with mustard, onion, garlic, chocolate. Epi Pen required if injested! Yikes!!!
As a large international hotel I do expect they can deal with anything. And yes, if any last minute people book with medical requirements, I also expect them to deal with it! However, advance knowledge will let them balance the timing of service for those people with needs with the rest of their table
Will keep you all posted about the menu
