Problem with website or App?
Trying to access my account from Canada via any platform and I'm not able to log in nor am I getting a error or security message (i.e. Wrong pin etc.) - i will call later but I wanted to know before if anyone is also experiencing problems.

Try uninstalling it and then reinstalling it again. It's a fairly flakey app but that solves some (but not all) problems.
