You are assuming that Qantas has any intention of regularly monitoring the forum ; you choose to do so by choice
From discussions it did seem to be a deliberate act and QF was well aware that there was a lot of airports not available. It is not a hard job for them to add airports to the list ( and QF did so for the one that I was in discussion with him about )
Locations not on the listonline can still be booked but , of course, an additional fee applies
It looks like the QF rep has done a swoop by , spam and fly away

I was perhaps naive to take Red Roo at her/his/their word
It looks like the QF rep has done a swoop by , spam and fly away
You may be right. Seagull "spam"?

[mod hat] Testing Red Roo's responsiveness isn't really going to help. We are still defining the way Qantas will engage with us in the future. So complaining about Red Roo just after QF has reengaged is a bit premature. It might very well be that we follow the model of the LH forum where the company reps only monitor the officel Q&A thread. Well, let's have the rules of engagement than rather than leave members wondering.
Back to the OP, it does seem strange not to at least list the major OW cities such as the home port of QR, and this is on revenue as well as points lookups.

It does no harm to give Red Roo a heads up (by PM) to alert QF staff to the problem. Any response by PM can equally be shared by those with interest. Then we may have an answer to the problem...........but not necessarily a solution.
It seems reasonable to have websites to measure on-time flights but I don't think they are needed to measure the temporal responsiveness to a forum question.

After all, following a near on 2 year absence it is hardly like we couldn't have waited for the rules of engagement to be ironed out and subsequently followed these rules.
