Missing points
Was originally booked per-HK direct then Qantas had a reshuffle and changed our flights per-sig-HK , the sin-HK flight they put us on CX, that was june3 we still haven't got any points for for that flight, the return flight was June 14, how long do you recone we will have to wait and could we miss out on points for those flights? Could QF have put us in seats where no points could be earned.

I think 14 days is a reasonable time to wait to see if points post, although its usually quicker, even for partner airlines.
Given the change of metal and operator, I suspect you'll need to put a claim in, but give them a call to check.
