CBR priority check in

None around this morning with only 3 desks open. A media crew with something like 20 bags ahead to check in.

Not a great start for the day.

Passengers have boarded at least 2 flights and the bags are still no where to be seen. Baggage handlers by the planes are just laying back.

Why would Qantas call for boarding when the bags aren't loading?!

Is there EVER priority boarding in CBR?

Husband was delayed by that baggage problem this morning. Left home at 5:30 or something godawful like that, arrived in MEL around 9ish.

Yes there was a dedicated priorty QF desk at least last time I took them in Nov last year.
My bag didn't leave CBR until much later in the day and got sent via SYD on QF704/QF5 to reach me about 6 hours after my arrival on QF51 from BNE.
