Flying in F - when should I expect a call?

Flying in F - when should I expect a call?
Hi All,
I'm very excited as tomorrow, my partner and I will begin a RTW in F class, kicking off with QF11 SYD-LAX. Just wondering by what time I should expect a call to book spa treatments etc? Can I call them if they don't call me??
Naturally a trip report will follow.. :-)

Got the call, and a very nice lady had booked us both in for a spa treatment at our preferred time, and given me a number to call so we can be met curbside...
the call has prompted suspicion from my other half, so I had to confess we're flying First.... now we're both excited....
