Missing 3K points
A recent run on 3K and points did not post.
The flight in question was taken 2 weeks ago.
I know you can claim JQ points using the online function but I don't see 3K there.
So how do I go about claiming those missing points?

Scan the boarding pass and e-ticket and email to frequent_flyer @ qantas.com.au and ask for a manual credit.
