perhaps try [email protected] ? I know it's the 'Qantas Club and Frequent Flyer Service Desk' so perhaps they can help you.

The OK shows being a member of NZ program in their profile. Note that NZ residents are not eligible for Australian-based Qantas Club corporate memberships such as the AFF Gold Membership deal. There is a thread on AFF about this ineligibility for NZ residents being a restriction imposed by Qantas on corporate memberships.

The OK shows being a member of NZ program in their profile. Note that NZ residents are not eligible for Australian-based Qantas Club corporate memberships such as the AFF Gold Membership deal.
