Missing Points Claim

Hoping the friendly QF folk can offer some advice before I go back to QFF.

The other half and I recently flew the following itinerary, all on the one ticket on IB stock in Q class:

LHR-BCN-MAD-RAK-MAD-LHR

The first and final sectors (LHR-BCN and MAD-LHR) were BA operated flights, but ticketed on the IB codeshare.

Three of the flights posted to our respective QFF accounts without problem, however the LHR-BCN and RAK-MAD did not. As they were IB flights and ticket number, we were unable to claim online. As requested by the QFF call centre, we scanned and emailed copies of the relevant boarding passes, as well as the original e-Ticket documentation.

Following the claim the RAK-MAD sector has now posted, however the claim for the LHR-BCN flight has come back as 'UNSUCCESSFUL - NO RECORD OF TRAVEL'. We have a clear memory of that particular flight, as our bags failed to materialise and it wasn't for another three days until we were reunited, but that's a separate issue. Besides, if we'd been a no-show on the first sector, the subsequent four sectors would have been cancelled and we wouldn't have been on them!

I'm happy to jump back on the phone to QFF to discuss next steps, but am wondering if any of the FTers on this board would have any pearls of wisdom which might help?

I could live without the points, but the SC's are critical as I'm within a whisker of qualifying for Platinum this membership year.

Call or e-mail QF. They should sort this out fairly quickly.

Make sure you provide the PNR (either the active or passive PNRs should suffice), as well as the eticket number.

Thanks Traveloguy, I supplied QF with the IB PNR, e-Ticket numbers and boarding cards with the original claim, which is why I was surprised with the unsuccessful claim. I've still got all the info, including the BA PNR, so will ensure I am armed with this when I call back.
