This one is gone, but if somebody needs to fly premium economy from Europe to the US West Coast there are some pretty low fares from Spain to the San Francisco. Unfortunately they are Star Alliance flights and like many Star Alliance itineraries they require an overnight at the hub, which adds to the cost.
