* Alliance Business Class Phoenix and Charlotte to Paris/Venice/Europe $1520+ RT
Lufthansa/United/Air Canada Business class from Phoenix-Venice/Paris/Vienna/others probably at $1550-$1620 for travel this August
Also seeing cheap stuff out of Charlotte and Philly

I still see around $2k for limited dates PHX-VIE/ZRH
Must book through UA, which can be a problem for seat assignments on LX.

I will note that I've had multiple LX revenue and award bookings ticketed on UA stock, and have never had issues selecting a seat on LX. IIRC they were all LX prime flight numbers, so if getting a seat assignment on a UA codeshare is problematic, it might be worth calling in to UA once ticketed to have them switch it over to the LX prime flight number.

UA won't necessarily cooperate in changing to native LX flight numbers just for purposes of seat assignment; even if you get a helpful agent, there has to be P fare availability under the native code.
