TK: YVR/YYZ to SE Asia OW biz ~ £1,650
Bunch of fares seem to be available on Google Flights around this price-point from YVR and YYZ to (at least) BKK, SGN, KUL, etc, on a range of planes (777 / 787) on the ex Canada leg. From about 20th of June onwards into Mar '22. Price goes as low as £1,573 up to about £1,700. You might need to mix and match a bit, as not all days seem to be covered.

That is roughly $2,300 USD one way.... $4,600 round trip (if you could book it that way.)
Going rate is about $3k - $3.5k USD round trip from various cities in North America. (And on better planes!)
Not a very good deal IMO.

Actually, that's about what I paid to fly to Istanbul last year (shortly before Covid hit, though I realize these fares only have an IST layover), and most deep-discount J fares require roundtrips (and, in turn, "OW" references in FT subject lines usually refer to Oneworld). If OP did mean one-way, then I have to agree that this isn't a great deal (even after accounting for Covid stuff / limited flights out of CA).

Respectfully disagree, with border closure and limited flights out of YVR (none of ME3) this is actually a decent deal and useful for anyone who can/need to go there last minute. A toss up out of YUL and YYZ when the border is open again but even before pandemic the revenue fares out of YYZ had been much higher compared to ORD.
I watch TK fares out of YYZ, YUL and ORD pretty closely. RIght now TK out of ORD is around 10% lower than YUL and 15% - 20% cheaper than TK flights out of YYZ. Looking at flights to BKK towards the end of 2021 and early 2022, ORD-BKK is at most $3100, YYZ is close to $4000 and YUL is around $3300 (all in USD and round trips).

Same for YYZ/YUL... Fly a better airline! QR is around $2700.
