Qatar has a nice sale for travel between Larnaca, Cyprus and New York via Doha. This is a massive detour but adds significant earnings. These book into I class so you still have Lounge Access and Seat selection.

There is a promo code up to $500 on business class ones when using promotional code MPMEMBERS at the time of booking on flights WORLDWIDE (not just to/from the US). You must book by March 31, 2021, but you can travel through February 28, 2022. NOTE: I'm having trouble with the code, might be the lack of coffee so this is pre-promocode prices.

American Airlines flyers would obtain 23895 EQMs 3186 EQDs while Executive Platinum would obtain 35046 RDMs, Platinum Pro 28674 RDMs, Platinum 25488 RDMs, Gold 22302 RDMs, Base Members 15930 RDMs

Has anyone gotten this code to work? I thought the original terms were only for flights ex-USA, but it seems they have been changed to worldwide. Anyone have luck with flights originating outside of the USA?

Nope, not yet. It didn't work ex Canada either.

Also curious if someone can make this work.

From Istanbul slightly higher price, but it is from SAW, so narrow body as well.

Some SAW flights are now operated with a 787-8 but it's pretty rare.
By the way, SAW-DOH-MIA is €1800 r/t which is a great deal.

I also have another promo code related to another targeted QRPC promo and that didn't work for this fare as well.
By the way, as far as I noticed the Alaska "MPMEMBERS" promo does only work for ex-USA itineraries. I didn't see it working for other routes.

That's what I thought but then read somewhere (maybe ex-SEA thread) that it may work on on other routes but I haven't had any luck.

That promo code works on higher fare buckets on ex-IST/SAW routes but not discounted fares.
It should be the same thing for ex-YUL but I could check it when I have time.

So as an alternate OW program (starting 3/31), Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan members would get 19914 EQM, and 35845 RDM. MVP's (OW Ruby) would get 43810 RDM. MVP Golds (soon to be OW Sapphires) would get 51776 RDM, MVPG 75Ks (OW Emeralds) would get 55758 RDM.

AS doesn't have EQDs.

Frankly I'm very happy to use QR premium fares to accrue on AS rather than on AA. YMMV, of course.
