Wow. That's even better than the usual $18xx offered by TK on those routes. Looks like wide open availability from April 1 all the way to the end of the calendar. Nice find!

Note that you can play around with multi-city and get an even lower price! Easy to create a nested itinerary using this deal.

Based on gcmap should be close to:
MNL-IST: 5684
IST-LAX: 6851
LAX-IST: 6851
IST-MNL: 5684
Total: 25070

just a warning to all

I booked this last time this was on sale at this price

TK is AWFUL to deal with customer service wise for any changes / cancellations (which is a big deal now with COVID)

great fare, great destination, but I would not recommend TK unless you are 100% sure you will be flying the ticket you book on the exact same dates planes etc (and hoping the phillipines opens for travel)

good luck

Concur with above. Booked in NOV 2019 to travel APR 2020, weeks after PHL gov started denying foreigners. TK would not waive any change fees citing it's not their problem that I can't get into the country to start the trip. They insisted all changes are voluntary and subject to their fare rule which would cost 2-3 times the ticket price to change my origin from MNL to somewhere else. End up doing a charge back with Chase Bank. TK reservation has no sympathy and is a pain to deal with, only buy if you have a PHL passport or are absolutely sure you can get into the country.

I think you might be wrong.
It looks like they measure direct distance between mnl and lax. Plus it’s a promo J class...
I’m confused

You get miles for each segment distance you fly which is what I provided based on gcmap.

Refer to below website on which FF program to credit to:

This is true by all accounts, but their current policy is that flexibility is wide open and allowed until end of 2021. I would definitely screenshot the written policy before booking, but I don't think I'd avoid just because they were a bad player when the pandemic started.
