INV-OGG (HawaÏ) with KL/DL for €696 in business
[PREM FARE DEAL GONE]

A nice trip from Inverness to Kahului with KL/DL JV. It prices out for this price on the Virgin website and shows on GF.

For 870 you can get it all in business for 700 the last leg to Hawaii and back is in economy. It is delta economy so not the worst but still economy
The all business option does extend all the way to June. This is the same fare as the VA INV-LAX one and the end date is June 30.

Seems the legs in and out of Hawaii are often in coach, including a ghastly 5h overnight on a 757...

Yes you can get it with DL numbers on it if you book via Delta.com

Route through LAX and you'll get Delta+ on the B757. That's about 3 inches extra compared with Y

If you route via SEA you can get Delta one across the Atlantic but it seems like the 757 is inescapable. I did see some option where you could route via MSP and then get a A330 to Hawaii. That is with the more expensive all business option. I don't know which Hawaii airport it was as all of them work.
Edit: found it! Some dates in April via SLC to OGG on A330. Tho there are some funky stuff going on with how it chooses the class. It can be First or PE or main cabin

It work but if you don't leave from INV you have to pay the full departure tax that add over a fair amount on top. It is possible to get it for about a 1000 euros all business from LHR
