Good fare - thanks for posting. I see YYZ for E 1103 following your link, which is even better.

The best part is that it also works in reverse for the same fare

Looks like the direct flight to Toronto is the 330 Neo and the version with PDL stop is on 321 Neo with Lie Flats.

I checked dates in October 2020 and the fare is much higher than €1,221 for either LIS-SFO-LIS or SFO-LIS-SFO

These fares seem to change a lot (I hope they go a bit lower). At the moment, this is what I can find:

€1,409 with TAP Air Google Flight link

€1,291 with an OTA Skyscanner link

You can also find some cheap TAP fares departing from Madrid (with a stopover in Lisbon):

Madrid (MAD) - Toronto (YYZ) Google Flights: €1,105 Skyscanner: €1,021

Madrid (MAD) - Miami (MIA) Google Flights: €1,286 Skyscanner: €1,181

The SFO deal is too good to be true, what are the odds they'll actually restart flying that route? I suspect this is just a cash grab

So I booked this now via Amex Travel, hoping that'll give me some extra protection in case TP cancels flights / goes bust.
