AMEX IAP has NYC-Australia (at least MEL and SYD) for $3962 in Business. I've seen it a little cheaper than this - $3550 or so - but not much more. Can ticket on DL in case there are those concerned about VS's future viability. Seeing it available through EOS, which would cover next winter/Australian summer. Not a screaming deal, but a solid price.

Off and on through EOS.

QR is also available with QSuites to NYC and then the 380 to MEL for about $200 more. You can do all QSuites to SYD at the same price, although it requires an overnight at DOH.

I am sorry, but I am not seeing any availability in Amex IAP on my end. Would you please add a screenshot of a sample itinerary? Many thanks in advance!

FYI, Australia is considering banning all tourist travel through EOY, so make sure you understand the cancellation terms
